They seem friendly and professional... and then you sign your lease! Problems include: 1. Poor and slow Maintenance resolution 2. Pests of the insect and human kind. I'm not sure what's worse the bed bugs and roaches or the prostitutes and homeless. 3. Poor Security and worst of all... 4. very bad office staff. They are rude, unprofessional. Don't bother calling because they're calls are usually forwarded to an answering machine, and they WILL NOT return your messages!
