I would not recommend this apartment complex or property management company to anyone. I was a very good tenant for over a year with Casa Cordova, the property manager gave me an "excellent tenant" review. When I was vacating the apartment building I gave them 2 notices. The company was not willing to work with me at all, I paid for part of Oct. even though I was not living there, then they charged me for the month of November, I moved out Sept. 30th. In conclusion, Casa Cordova has no customer service and does not care whatsoever about their tenants and is not willing to help in any way.
