So far, we've had no problems with Central Park. We've lived here for 8 months and really like it. When we report any housing problem; maintenance fixes it right away. They do pool parties and drawings in the summer for their tenants and even do little things for us like fax something if need be. The homes are clean and good space for money. I do have a friend that got a bad deal when she moved out, so not sure how that will go when our lease is up, but for the time being...the grounds are kept neat and clean and our home is very nice.
