This aprtment doesnt follow proper paperwork procedure. They make excuses to take your money after moving out. I had a 2inch piece of frayed carpet and two stains from my sons pedialite(if your a parent u know that comes out of carpet)and they charged me for a whole new carpet. Not to mention they lose paperwork. The walls are thin. I would not recomend any carmel property to anyone anywhere.
