When first rented, this apartment was the type of place that you wanted to live. Shortly after, there were issues with the pipes and the water was shut off multiple times to fix them, notice was given, but sometimes on the day of. There has been a recent bug issue (caused by another tenant) and the lack of recent communication is disheartening. Parking can be an issue since there is a temple located on the corner and "reserved" parking has to be paid for each month, plus there are very limited slots. At times you can hear tenant radios, guitars or yelling at 4 in the morning. Doing laundry here can also be an issue since there's only 1 washer/dryer.
