dog poop everywhere. dead rats around the garbage/parking lot. drafts coming in from the window/sliding glass door. ants. poor & incompetant staff/maintainence. horrible parking. bad paint. old appliances that break down. high gas/electric bill. and the list goes on... dont rent here - you'll waste your time and money.
