I'm not sure what the reviews were seeing, but for a upscale apartment you cannot beat this place. The scenes are breathtaking with a layout on historical downtown Denver its hard to find a better location. 5 minutes from lodo, and 2 minutes from Cherry Creek mall. They recently allowed a company to come in and supply full room service. for everything from every grocery need to prepared meals. they also have convenient store located in the center of the gardens(not that you need to go in there because they will deliver anything, free of charge and no tips) that has everything you want. Its like having a conceirge service, but better. no place else in denver has this amenity to offer. So don't base your decision on the two other reviews until you get the facts.
