I have been a renter at the Country Club Towers and Gardens for a little over two years. In that time, I have seen the community go in the crapper. In the past month (May-June 2006), I have had the call the police on the neighbors (3 times in one night) for an out of control party (I resorted to calling the police when on-site security refused to intervene); I've had other neighbors play their guitars so loud they couldn't even hear me knocking on their door; yet other neighbors decide to party on their balcony until 4:30 am on a Thursday morning; and my car broken into (the fourth time since moving into this apartment).
This has been, by-far, the worst apartment community experience of my life! The facade is a charming courtyard with very nice landscaping for a near-inner city community. However, under the facade is a glorified college dorm.
With each passing month of my lease, I cringe at the thought of wasting yet another $700 on a community in which I am absolutely miserable!
