I am a current resident at a the Covington and I have to say it is the worst place to live. The noise is unbearable! All day is the noise from the maintenance, lawn crew and people moving in and out. All night the noise continues with people fighting and partying. Do not live here if you want to sleep at any time. The pool is not heated either. We cannot wait to move out.
