THe manager (Max Sparks) at this apartment is extremely unpersonable. He is lazy/irate about fiing things and must be constantly hounded to get it done in a timely fashion. (It will eventually get done.) The neighbors are extremely friendly and the neighborhood nice. It would be a great place to live if they would replace the manager.
