After a year of this, I am out. This apartment complex is nice, physically, but the maintanence, staff, and overall nature is horrible. They don't fix things, they don't add things, they just care about your money. They have taken away most of the amenities that were present a mere year ago. You can no longer even mail a letter from the mail box, let alone try to add your phone number to work the oft broken gate.
In all my years I have never seen a complex that cared so little about its residents.
Please, think twice about this community.
