Maintence has broken several of my personal items and they cannot respond in a timly manner. My apartment flooded and I was charged for carpet damage when I moved out. I reported the leak immediately. They told me they would be there in an hour but didnt show til the next morning. If they had come right away there would have been more damage. They came to fix the door in one of the rooms. In the middle of the repair the guy left and the door fell off and landed on one of my kids toys putting a hole thru it. I reported what had happened and was charged for the door when my lease was up. The property manager is a real peach. She could care less and acts more like a bully than an adult. I get more respect from my two year old sons than her. I have never been so insulted in my life. If you have any horror stories about this property please contact me. daadams17@comcast.net
