I never actually lived here, but my experience with the office staff was TERRIBLE!!!!!! I was told that my application process and criminal record check would take only 3 days and that my move in date was april 30. I applied on april 3. I expected everything to go smoothly, sincie i do not have a criminal record... I called every single day wondering if i had been approved or not and either recieved the answering machine, or not helped at all. Finally, when I was all packed and ready to move, i got a phone call saying i didn't get the place becuase of my record. i was told that if you recieve a misdimeanor (even a traffic ticket) or a felony within the past SEVEN years, you will not be approved. They told me this the day before i was scheduled to move in. You basically have to be perfect and have a ton of pacience to live here.
