alright so Ive lived in the building for a short time and already ive been having some severe problems with the staff and the apartment as a whole. First off ever since I moved in Ive been discriminated against for having a pet dog. Second the construction is a absolute nightmare, all the floors are stripped bare and there isnt any repair to be done in the near future. lastly my neighbors apartment was infested with bed bugs ( which are blood thirsty inscects that spread rapidly throughout the building and are tough to get ride of...), Yeah they only had pest control contain one floor, which means these little critters will be back. Bottom line when the staff makes this place out to be the cream of the crop ask them about there compensations for having to box up all your stuff and leave your home until the the fumigation is complete...will I sign another lease? Not if it were free!
