I just do not understand. As the management makes physical improvements to the building, they let the improvements go to waste. The new carpet is filthy. We are told that they have not enough staff to clean the building.
The common areas are deterioating as they are being renovated! There is puke in some of the stairwells. Frequently the security systems do not work. If you ask a question of the office staff, the answer is "fair housing" . Your rent will go up on lease renewal. A couple of the people in the office are very nice. Sammy is terriffic. But there is only so much a person can do . The system of trash disposal is unsanitary. The elevators are unreliable.
