Review for Mezzo Apartments

so i moved in a little over 4 months ago thinking i got a great deal on my place. Well after living there and meeting new people i realize i was robbed, I pay a good amount of money to be able to hear every drunk person that comes out of dc 10. I know people that pay almost the same as me for a higher app. and dont hear anything. they will give you a good deal but i guess if you're young they will take advantage of you. i highly suggest putting up a fight for the price they give you, from what ive been told..they will bring it down.

right before i moved in, i was told it was a great place, great security, "Cement walls" so you cant hear neighbors. okay well security absolutely sucks, and i can hear the people next to me (very well) at night when i try to go to bed. parking is a nightmare, i've lived downtown before off 7th and washington and that was perfect!!

the staff is whatever, i love mimi and lisa..they're the best, the rest of the girls are just rude.

the people IN the building arent particularly nice either. i have ran into some, but most are pretty stuck up.
