I moved into a place that was filthy (dust stalagtites hanging off the ceiling), a toilet that didn't work, a paint-job that looked like it was completed by a six-year-old, and a less than helpful maintenance. I was told to note problems on the back of my move in sheet and they would be addressed - they were not. I had to have them come 4 times to fix the toilet, which they eventually had to replace. Watch out on move-out! They only give you ten days from postmark to pay fees associated with deposit which isn't even enough time to route through forwarding address. They sent me to collections with an additional fee for it. They charged me for 4 days after I had moved out and I gave them notice and I was not occupying the place. The woman I spoke with in management about this was rude and unhelpful. I am filing a complaint with the BBC. Don't move here unless you want a hassle with everything.
