I have rented here for three years. They replace appliances immediately when they get old. It only took them two days to replace my dishwasher! Last summer, I got a new air conditioner (updated the old one) - before it got hot! When I moved in I had a beautiful new carpet. We also get an "accent" wall-We can choose from three lovely colors for a wall in our apartments. I chose sage and it is gorgeous with my furniture. The staff is friendl. The maintenance people are top notch. We have security living on site.
I feel like I live in a garden. Our landscaping is the most beautiful in the area. While parking is close, we don't have a car sitting in our patio view. It is trees and grass. The pool area is stunning. Three years ago I had my wedding on the lawns here. It is that beautiful.
The laundy rooms have modern front loading washers and new dryers.
We also have a really nice business center. We have use of a computer with internet. There is a fax machine for residents use and a board table for meetings.
The workout room also has modern exercise equipment.
I really don't want to live anywhere else. We are two minutes from I-25; 10 minutes from Cherry Creek Mall (which is building a Nordstrom's). What more could we want?
I love it here-so does my cat!
