Lived here for one miserable year. Initially the apartments were well kept. Then Kenneth, the manager, took over. Ran the units right into the ground. A haven for non-working Section 8 who have nothing better to do than cause trouble. The carpet is so cheap that it stains just by walking on it in clean shoes. I cannot count how many phone calls it takes to get the maintenance man to show up. Bottom line, due to the relative newness of the property and the size of the 4 bedroom units, it looks like a great place to live. Don't be fooled. Run, don't walk away from here. High priced Housing Projects for those who actually work for a living.
