The apartment is a decent size, just a little small. There is one (1) offstreet parking space included, which is a bonus. There have been times when there have been no parking available on the street. Rent was awesome when I first moved in; only 400 for a one bedroom. The deposit was minimal. All the above is a good deal for the location which typically runs more expensive. However, very little as far as utilities is included in the rent. You have to pay a seperate energy bill through xcel, which can run over 40 per month (during summer using ac). Then, there is another utilities bill through the building which runs around 30 during the winter. You only have 5 days to pay the bill on time. If you default on the bill, which is usually delivered past due, your rent jumps to the fair market value of 525 for the rest of the time you live at the residence. My bill was delivered past due and I had happened to be out of town. When I returned, I had to face 525 worth of rent, went I had only been able to budget 400. Also, if you are interested in a kitchen, these apartments only have galleys(?); hallway-kitchens.
