I?ve lived in these apartments for the last 6 months and it has been absolute hell. A month ago all my laundry was stolen, today I woke up to all the air let out of my tires as well as a couple other cars in the lot, a neighbor of mine even had his door mat stolen off of his doorstep. Most nights I go to sleep or should I say try to go to sleep to the sound of my downstairs, upstairs, AND next door neighbors? (yes all three depending on the night) blasting, floor shaking gangster rap music. Other nights we have people park outside our bedrooms honking and yelling up to talk to the people on the third floor. Hispanic and black males smoke drugs and hang out in the parking lots and you and your belongings are never safe. Parking is horrible and when you get a bill for water/gas they take what the whole building uses and divide it up so you may be paying for your neighbors excessive showers. These used to be nice apartments, but the property management will let just about anyone move in and now it is a little piece of the ghetto right in the heart of DTC. The cops are there all the time, people's cars are constantly vandalized and broken into and the security gates are never operational. I?m moving in two weeks and my neighbor actually congratulated me and we did a little celebration dance on getting away from this hell hole. For god's sake stay away from these apartments if you want to maintain your quality of life.
