Complaints!!! Mail And Repairs!

When I was 8 months pregnant in July and August it took staff coming out to my house 5 times, and then I had to complain to the management company before my air conditioning was fixed, it took a total of 6 weeks. Also they sign for UPS packages that never get to me, and dont seem to know where the packages are.
