I had to move out b/c of a job transfer, but I was sad to leave. The ladies in the office were like family to me. I can't say much for the old manager, but the one who's been there for a while now is good, and actually gets things done. Maintenance is timely. When I gave my notice to leave the apartments, they told me about this transfer program their company does if you go to another one of their properties. I went to one where I am now, in Baltimore, and didn't have any penalties or transfer fees. It helped me save like $2000!
