I moved to Overlook Apartments from Las Vegas in a very short time frame and they looked like a nice enough place from the internet, WRONG!!!! The leasing office is less than helpful, maintenance is a joke, there is trash surrounding my building everyday, the elevators are always broke, car windows consistently get broken in the parking lot, the gates are always locked or not operating, and they don't tell you but they rent to section 8. I pay about $800 a month to live in a section 8 apartment, I don't think so. I have made a vow to tell everyone I can, not to move into this complex. My favorite story is about two months after I moved in I had friends coming into town to visit me. On Friday, some lovely tenant decided to URINATE in the elevator and others then decided to spit and litter on top of that. Due to the weekend, the disgusting mess didn't get cleaned until Monday morning. All weekend my friends and I had to stand in urine while taking the elevator. How much worse can it get???
