This place is a Ghetto. It is full of State Funded Rentals for homeless people. The Overlook gets there money and residents get Drunk people passed out in the hallways, Urine Drenched Elevators and the worst living experience you will ever have. I am not kidding about the Urine in elevators. You can add to that puke and I saw shit twice. One night, a huge puddle of blood. If it happens on the weekend, too bad, cleaning staff does not come in till Monday. This place is a true health hazard. I urge you no matter what, do not rent here, you will regret it. It will not get better either, not until they can get good people in here and not state funded drunks.
