This community does a great job at making things look great potential residents, but that's where it ends. Once you live here, the office staff is rude, there are too few maintenance staff for the number of apartments, and car burglaries, vandalizations, and thefts are a regular occurence. No matter what the problem is, you are treated like a complete nuisance for reporting it. We have had sewage leaking from around the bottom of our toilet for two years. It has been reported so many times we gave up trying to get it fixed. Our bathtub takes hours to drain, and has since day one. When things get reported, maintenance is usually fairly quick to come out, but they are also quick to tell you it's fixed, with no sign of that being the case. Our car was stolen, and it took the leasing office three days to get back to us to make sure they didn't just tow it (which also happens). Awesome. We loved the old staff and they were really great. When the management changed seemed to be when everything went downhill.
