Ever since the new management took over last summer, it's changed a lot for the better! I'm not afraid of my neighbors anymore! The general maintenence & upkeep of the place is great and everyone that lives there is great! Seems to be a great place for people in their 20's - 30's. Not too quiet, not too loud, nobody seems to complain if you are loud and nobody seems to mind when it's queit. I just signed another 6 month lease. Good place for my boyfriend and I right now :)
