I really like the Ventana apts. I was surprised to see the review from the other guy. I had great service under Baron, but now I am questioning Omni which has taken over. The unit is very nice. No roaches! I have requested service twice and Omni has not done it. The grounds are well kept. The neighbors relatively quiet. I feel safe. They need a housekeeper for the laundry and hallways though. Otherwise, it's a nice place.
