The sound that you can receive a good discount has naturally involved me, but my pleasure was not for long time. Why? 1.I have not moved in the established day. 2.I had to wait a couple days. After two days the management with pride has given me keys from an apartment, but from another apartment (without a balcony as stipulated in the contract).3.I had to wait two more days, and then I eventually have moved in. But!!! : a cover from a toilet bowl was not present (I still do not have it, and, by the way, I live there almost 3 months); carpet was dirty (and it still ... Well, you have already understood what I mean...); disposal did not work; floor in the kitchen was in scratches.Whole day I was washing my apartment . On all my requests to fix the problems managment answered that tomorrow somebody will come to fix it. I hope one day a good guy will come and will fix it..But, I think, it is just my dream. Friends! Pay special attention on the maintenance of the lease and its conformity to other documents, on presence of all documents in your file. In my case after 2 months I found out that there are no some papers in my file. But never forget LG....Life is GOOD
