My Favorite Place To Live, Ever

I moved into the newly renovated Aero Flats apartments the first weekend they reopened in March 2004 and love it here. Located on Montview Blvd. just south of Stapleton it is by far the favorite place I've lived thus far. Owner-managed company is great and we have an awesome property management team. They are constantly adding value to the property. See www.AeroFlats.com for more information and tell them I, Ward Briggs, sent you. I get a referral fee if you rent. P.S. I read the reviews below and wonder if there aren't 2 Aero Flats. I find the complex very quiet, although I am on the top floor end and I find the maintenance and property management staff to be very helpful. Of course, I don't show up screaming and yelling either and I find that often gets the best results in life.
