Review for Amli At Lowry Estates Apartments

We were relocating from Europe to Denver and came over last Eater to surch for an apartment. From all we saw, AMLI Lowry Estate was the best. Nice apartment , good view over the pool..nice welcome. However when we moved...the story started. The staff didn't care about you and when something was wrong they took for ever to take action.
The staff at the residencial office is horible and make constent mistake... even after speaking to them, they can not get it right. The people who do the maintenance show late or not at all....you have to loose your temper all the time to get them moving. The swimming pool and jacuzy never get to be cleaned...and the gates are never closed.....too many big dogs who make a mess averywhere....and too many college kids who smoke around the pool and drink....the gate at the pool is never closed so even people from outside are coming in the summer....no control at all.
The computers never work and the printer ever....

We have now left the place last Dec 04 and NOW we are still fighting to get our deposit back. 3 months later. They are useless.

One big advice...do not pay your rent by automatic payment if you ever decide to move there...as they take the freedom to charge you more without saying anaything....so watch your bank statments.
