I recently applied and interviewed with this company and along with the tenants responses is true of its overall organization. It seemed to me that this company is not very organized and is not sure of its own operations. My advice, not having lived there at all, investigate a compay before utilizing it. I would never consider living there or working for them after the "run-around" that I received. I must say "sorry" to all of those who have had a bad experience but I can at least hope for a better place to call home.
