Review for Amli At Lowry Estates Apartments

They say it's a gated community but the gates NEVER work and now they are being taken out. Maybe if they would put the rent money where it was supposed to go the gates would work. And now that they are taking them out do you think rent is going down.... oh no, UP! There is never parking, except that yu can rent a covered space for $30 a month, but the lights in the covered space never work so what's the point? Trash pick up is M, W, & F, but if someone puts something out on Friday night after the trash has already come there is no punishment. Nothing! Which makes the place look trashy, at best. I would not invite my boss here! I have scheduled 8, count them, 8 maintenance calls since I moved in in JULY and still no one has come! And most recently twice in the last three months they have told my I did not pay my rent, which is funny because the checks have already cleared the bank! What do they say, "woops, sorry. We must have posted that to someone elses account." Well their screw ups are on my record and causins me legal trouble.

This place is definitely not worth it. They are nice and friendly and give a nice illusion but this place is crap. Run, don't walk, in the other direction!
