Review for Amli At Lowry Estates Apartments

When you first come to visit it looks very nice, and I have to say the floor plans are nice, but that does not in anyway make up for the attrocious management. A recent example: Our oven broke, and they took a week to fix it, and would not give us a date for fixing it, and when we would call to get info the management would be indignant, and then would not call back when they said they would. Once it was fixed they owed us money, and promised they would adjust our automatic withdrawl, but didn't. They have continued to take the money out despite admitting to owing us the money. Another serious complaint is all of the trash that is left around, in the hallways, and near the stairs, most of the time there is a bag of rotting trash somewhere that you get to smell when you come home, or when you have guests over... and again the management does little to nothing to rectify the situation.

I will never rent from AMLI again, and hope everyone who reads this takes it into account when they think about living here. We read the reviews, thought we would give it a shot, and regret it.
