Despite the welcome mix of tenants, many reviews vary in regards to the staff's organization. A block away from the Berkshire, leaseholders enjoy Crestmoor Park. Located 2 miles to Lowry, Berkshire residents can find themselves at a 24 Hour Fitness of Tavern Lowry in minutes. For the athlete, there are larger areas within Lowry, Jackie Robinson and Lowry Sports Complex Park, to partake in physical activity.

Berkshires at Lowry is a great place to rent. The staff are all very welcoming and care about their tenants. They have made it a point to get to know us. There are a lot of activities to take part in, for every type of household. We especially like the wine tasting hosted by Berkshires at the end of every month :)

We lucked out with a room with a great view and in the building with the inside pool, hot tub and work out facilities - with which we were very impressed.
