Apartment Review for Briarwood North

nice at first but things started to break and just keeps going down hill poor maintance staff no knowledge,useless. it took over a month to fix furnace,after they found a beer bottle and light bulb in the exhaust chamber(only maintance staff have acess to roof). now large quantities of mold in shower room, around window sills,and master bedroom wall,and under carpet.have called several times to try to get it taken care of,they told me to clean it with bleach i did and it just keeps comming back.nothing but problems. the rent is cheap for a reason, i would not recommend living here to my worst enemy. <P>
