Rented: From 2005 To 2006

This place has changed significantly since I moved in 2 and a half years ago. The previous property manager actually cared when you had questions or concerns but the current manager is terrible. She has a bad attitude along with some of her new staff. Sue and Kelly in theleasing office have always been great despite the miserable folks that they are forced to work around. Last week there was a SWAT team arrest in the building next door to me and the management hasn't even bothered sending out any communication to its residents. When I went to the manager to talk with her about my safety concerns she may as well have spit in my face and told me to take a flying leap. She could have cared less. This place is not safe, in fact it is terrible. I will not renew my lease that is soon to be up.
