Rented: From 2005 To 2005

Wow, after reading a few bad reviews I felt I had to counteract them a little. I renewed my lease a second year (and as of now plan a third next March) because I've been thrilled with the complex. There is a diverse group of people that live here, but I certainly wouldn't classify anyone as "trash". The complex is beautiful and the location is amazing for southern Denver. I'll admit I've not had much dealings with the management office so I can't say much as to their manner or performance. Anyone who has been in my apartment loves it and the exterior is very appealing. My only complaint is my building is right behind a performance car shop and they frequently do Dynos on turbo engines so there is lots of revving-engine noise up to about 8pm sometimes.
