I have lived in this complex for a year now, but am leaving for something cheaper. It is well-kept, the maintenance people are prompt, and the leasing staff are very nice and helpful. These are pretty nice apartments. My only complaints are that the swimming pool is often too cold to tolerate, even on the hottest days, the windows are drafty so our xcel bill was a lot in the winter months, and the rent was more than I thought it was worth. Other than that, didn't mind it too much.
