Apartment Reviews for Dahlia Apartments - Denver

Managers are rude and complain all the time. If you ask them to fix anything, they will act like you're really putting them out (though they get free rent!) They have their little daughters do all the work around the building -- and scream and order around constantly (disturbing). There is a family who must just have one key, and they yell outside the door through the day for someone to let them in. Heat is only on here and there (despite there being a buzzer at the front desk!). They recently changed the locks, but the back door does not close unless one really pushes it in. So, it's rarely closed, and security is lacking.
Right now the heat has not been on since last night, and it is 20 degrees outside.
I am really looking forward to moving out.
