Deercreek was built by Fairfield Properties. During building Fairfield ran out of money and quickly finished the constuction of the property and decided to sell it off. Pourly constructed another company deceided to take the challenge of taking on the property and upgrading it to a higher standard. After thousands of dollars and many changes, the property and the units are starting to show much improvements. The property is now known as The Marquis At DTC.
