Apartment Reviews for Downing Street Plaza Apartments - Denver

I have known Pam Miller for over 4 years. I have lived in an apartment at one of her properties, and the have never been a problem with bedbugs. The Terminex pest control comes to all her properties regualrly to make sure there are no signs of bedbugs or any other kind of pest. Anyone who files a report of bedbugs must have brought them in themselves when they moved into the apartment. Pam is always been a great manager and has never failed to take care of ANY problems here or at her other properties. Anyone who has said she neglects problems of ANY kind, including bedbugs and pest control, is not truthful, possibly may be making these statements as retaliation for Pam having properly asking them to correct their their lack of responsibilies for paying their rent on time. I would strongly suggest that anyone who reads or hears any of these "accusations" they should speak directly to Pam herself, and also some other tenants at any of her 3 properties.
