The only requirement to rent here is to be at lease 62 years old. Rent is $380/mo + $1/month for every floor above 4th you live. About 150 units, indoor access to rooms, 2 elevators, living rooms and bedrooms face east or west, full wall windows. Most equipped with A/C, ceiling fan, curtains or blinds.

Pros: Quiet, convenient, by Sloan's Lake, residents very friendly, lots of activities available and scheduled, secure, attractive indoor and outdoor common areas, small pets and smoking allowed but discouraged, great views (only high-rise in neighborhood), bright attractive apartments, attentive and responsive staff, carts for hauling, canes and wheelchairs available for use, in-house hair salon, manicurist, Swan and Mountain Man visits, Meals on Wheels, other services. Staff will deliver packages with mail to room, mailboxes by entrance. Newspaper delivered to your door. Soda vending machines, inexpensive laundry facilities, recreational and shopping group field trips, community rooms, exercise room, outdoor top floor patio, bar-b-q grills, upgraded cable included. Pay only phone bill besides rent!

Cons: Most people are WELL over 62, many activities are during the work day and geared for the elderly, noisy from Colfax and hospital, somewhat unsafe neighborhood, limited secure parking, most don't include dishwashers, kitchen and bathroom facilities antiquated. No pool. At night not very dark outside.

If you don't mind being around elderly people, this is the best-kept secret apartment value anywhere!
