I've been renting in this apartment for a little over a year, and I've made up my mind to move. I pay the additional 90 per month for garage parking. The final straw for me is my brand new 2008 car being kicked on the passager side by a size 11 foot. I could tell that the person wore boots and was actually jumping on top of my car and trying to pry their way in. I agree with all of the critisims posted by other reviews. POOR SECURITY, Thin walls, smells like pot on the third floor always, drug addicts and criminals everywhere, nasty carpet, and MOLD or Yellow gooey substance formed and stuck to walls, pipes that are constantly clogged and a maintenance staff that is understaffed.
