Apartment Review for Mezzo

Let's start with Safety- Anyone can get in, I have seen homeless people sleeping on the chairs in the business office when I have gotten home at 2 in the morning, so obviously they get in! Parking- Oh yeah I made an error and left my car parked for 2 hours in the visitor's section, now I have to pay $190 to get my car out of impound, the first time I have ever done that but oh well is what the office told me. Office staff- Outside of one person, none have personalities or really care! I asked them to enter my name on the directory 1 month ago, still not done but rent better be there by the 3rd or your car moved within 5 minutes of opening. Appearance- it smells like urine when you are walking in from the courtyard. Noise Level- I was told the floor and walls were built to control noise, I can hear when my neighbor takes a shower, when they are having sex, when the TV is too loud. I thought I was getting a great deal when I moved in however I should have paid the extra $80 and moved to 300 17th Street, I have friends that live there and is such a better service than this!!!
