Apartment Reviews for Orchard Glen Apartments - Denver

I worked at Orchard Glen back in 2000. The new owners had completely renovated the complex. Nicely renovated. However, it was hard to keep up the place. Being that the neighbors are of moderate means, many took very little care of their own premises. Housekeepers and the maintenance guys were overworked due to the lack of tenant care.

The premises had drug and alcohol trafficking. It was particularly hard on management to secure the premises of law abiding citizens.

A lot of the tenants were on Section 8 assistance.
