I lived in a one bedroom unit for one year but had to move out because I could no longer afford it. My apartment had very nice appliances and finishes, as well as tons of storage space. The staff is good and their maintenance crew really takes care of the building. I wish I could afford to extend my lease but still recommend the property.

Just so everyone knows... If you are reading over these 7 posts over a one week period, a gentleman in the complex is sending residents notices because he is mad about the change in a few community rules which is causing people to go on here and "follow" his lead or better yet, go on here and defend the community.

I, personally have decided to write a review because I think the community is great and I would hate to see one person try and drive this place into the ground because he is mad about a few MINOR changes. The management team is very nice, courteous and have been nothing but helpful since I moved in. When the fire alarms were going off, we received a notice on our door not but 4 hours later notifying us of the issue causing the alarm, that tells me that they really care about us and want to keep us informed.

In regards to the pool being open until 11pm, that has never been the case. I remember when I was moving in that there was a piece of paper describing the pool hours and it has always been 10pm... People want to sleep and keeping it open late would not be a good idea especially for the people living in the pool area. And, if people are destroying the clubroom after private parties why would management continue to leave the space open? I, personally would never rent out the space so using it during the open hours is fine by me.

Seriously, if you are interested in a nice apartment in this neighborhood they are worth checking out. I do think that every building has its flaws but I also think that this has been one of the nicest buildings I have lived in.

I seriously believe all of these reviews were written by the same guy who is walking around the pool area and the clubroom asking people to write reviews about the community because he is jaded by rule changes. This guy has also sent out two notices asking residents to rebel against the management staff. I cant believe this guy has nothing better to do than to bad mouth this place. IF YOU ARE THAT UNHAPPY THEN MOVE, JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE HAS SAID!!!

I think management has set these new rules because there are people that are ruining it for others. I think that losing the clubroom from 10p-12a is not that big of a deal, he is just out for blood and trying to get them to change the rules. And by the way, I live in the pool area and the hours have always been until 10pm, never 11pm on the weekends. Thank god its not, I wouldn't be able to sleep if it was that late and there were people in the pool area. Also, I have never lived in a community that had pool hours later than 10pm anyways.

This place is great, I have lived here since June of last year and have never experienced the staff issues this guys is referring to. I have always had issued resolved in my unit in a timely manner. I know the fire alarms were an issue for a few months but it seems to be subsiding. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone, one jaded resident should not stop you from checking this place out

To be such a nice building, everything about it is wrong. I've known 5 couples to move out in the last couple of weeks. it's just overpriced beyond belief.

they seem to be finding their groove, with it being a new building and all.

I think that the management is very nice. They are easy to work with but unfortunately there seems to be a lot of disrespectful residents that live in the complex. It is unfortunate that residents are being cut on the ammenities in the building due to the reason of people trashing the complex. Breaking nice things, spilling on carpet and not cleaning up after themselves, letting their dog poop in the stairwell and not cleaning it up. Are these adults living in the complex? The residents that are causing the problems need to be evicted and I have to trust that management will take care of that. I think that overall I would give the complex a 4 out of 5. I hope that management evicts the residents that are the taking the luxuries away from the rest of us.

I've been living here for about 8 months now. While no place is perfect, this place is much better than most of the places that we looked at. The apartments are brand new and the staff has always been nice to us. They have always responded quickly to our maintenance requests and have helped us when we ran into minor difficulties. There is one resident here who seems to have a personal grudge against this place and they keep posting notes on our doors to write bad reviews. If you don't like living here... leave. Seriously, if you are reading this, please stop whining to people who don't care and just move out. I agree that it is unfortunate that the upstairs shared common area is closed after 10pm, but if people wouldn't have trashed it, maybe they wouldn't have to close it. Rather than getting mad at the management, get mad at the idiots who ruined it for the rest of us. To be fair, my only complaints with this place is that the guest parking spots are always full and the builders could have used a little more sound dampening material between the floors. You can hear every step on the hardwood floors above. But overall, this is a great place to live.
