Awesome place to live!!! Been here for about 6 months and will definitely re sign. I think it is very quiet due to the all concrete walls and floors.Great views from the huge balcony. It is clean, secure and has well groomed grounds.The indoor pool is nice. Everyone I have met here is very nice except for the cranky lady in the HOA office. Thank god you only have to encounter her once when you sign your lease. Great location too. I would recommend it.

I have lived in the north building for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say. I find it to be very quiet and I very rarely hear my neighbors if at all. The large balconies are a bonus and are great for bbqs and relaxing in the evening. I mostly like the security of the building and parking garage. All are electric key entries and security cameras adorn the walls. There is also a security guard that passes each and every condo looking out for trouble. The buildings themselves are older but a large majority of condos have been updated and are well maintained by those living there. Don't forget that there is one indoor and one outdoor pool along with a hot tub and workout center. I honestly don't have any complaints.

I think it is a great place to live. Of course nowhere is perfect. To me it is quiet, clean. My neighbors may not be friendly but they don't do me no harm. I do not hear anything unless you open the window or the sliding door. Of all the palces that I lived in this is my favorite place so far. Accessible to everything and I feel safe. When I locked out from my place they were there for me as soon as I needed them. They fixed whatever is broken and even the manager, Chuck will come and fixed it for you. I think when you approach people the way you want to be approaced, an dif yopu need something from them you get what you want for this matter anyways.

Right next to loads of opportunities for employment. Easy to get anywhere in Denver from here. The swimming pools aren't crowded, although the work out room leaves a bit to be desired. I've never been bothered by noise and although there are times that the water has to be turned off for maintenance, they always post a warning on your door telling you when it is going to happen. The place is very well kept up, the community areas are always clean, and the grounds are beautiful in the summer.

Great sunny place! Older concrete building very quiet and private. Out of the way from traffic / noise but close to downtown. I liked it.

This is a condo and not a party house!!!!
Yes, the management office is stern about the rules, but that is what keeps the condo public areas in such great shape. I have lived in here for 3 years and had no problems with my neighbors or the management whatsoever.
