Pines At Pinehurst is located on Quincy Avenue in Southwest Denver. The complex sits close to a number of restaurants and shops for residents to enjoy, including Subway, Home Depot, Dog House Tavern, Taco Bell, Walgreen's, and Mike’s Famous Pizza. Many reviews complain that the units are old and could use some updating, so there have been problems with pests and environmental damage to the units. Some say the neighbors are rowdy, and the management staff can be hard to get a hold of. Many reviews do compliment the maintenance staff for being friendly and helpful, however.
