I have lived here for several years and have loved it. The building is beautiful and has keyed access which makes me feel very safe. My apartment hs always been well maintained as well as the building and parking lots are. The office staff is friendly and responsive. My neighbors are friendly and happy. The staff puts on wonderful parties for the residents. We feel like a happy family here and I wouldn't live anywhere else.

I have lived at the Prescott Aptmts for 3 years. Your neighbors become your friends in the hall, in the computer room, and at social functions. It is more like a dormitory atmosphere rather than an apartment complex. Maintenance and Office Staff are always friendly and quick to oblige and fix even the minor details. I like living here, it's secure as well as friendly.

Since moving here I have felt very much at home. The staff and residents are friendly and always helpful. I know I can count on maintenance being taken care of in a timely manor. On holidays there are wonderful parties. Overall this is a place that feels safe and 'homey'..

I have rented here for three years. They replace appliances immediately when they get old. It only took them two days to replace my dishwasher! Last summer, I got a new air conditioner (updated the old one) - before it got hot! When I moved in I had a beautiful new carpet. We also get an "accent" wall-We can choose from three lovely colors for a wall in our apartments. I chose sage and it is gorgeous with my furniture. The staff is friendl. The maintenance people are top notch. We have security living on site. <P>
I feel like I live in a garden. Our landscaping is the most beautiful in the area. While parking is close, we don't have a car sitting in our patio view. It is trees and grass. The pool area is stunning. Three years ago I had my wedding on the lawns here. It is that beautiful. <P>
The laundy rooms have modern front loading washers and new dryers. <P>
We also have a really nice business center. We have use of a computer with internet. There is a fax machine for residents use and a board table for meetings. <P>
The workout room also has modern exercise equipment. <P>
I really don't want to live anywhere else. We are two minutes from I-25; 10 minutes from Cherry Creek Mall (which is building a Nordstrom's). What more could we want? <P>
I love it here-so does my cat! <P>

The staff and fellow renters are glad to see me when I am walking around the complex. <P>
